every time I go on to a new site such as you tube or even to open my email or go to facebook I have to wait and wait and then at the top of my page it says firefox not responding and then I have to wait and wait it is getting fustrating I have a laptop here at home and have internet but i always get inturupted when I go to open another page

My phone carrier alerted me that my 15gb of data had all been used up, which was surprising considering I've been mostly at home on Wi-Fi and don't ever reach my limit even when I'm traveling.

I looked at what was using the data. To my surprise, it seems like Firefox Focus had inexplicably burned through 10gb (!) of data in the background over the last day without any tabs even open.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there an explanation for what's happening?

I'm concerned about it continuing, obviously, but also concerned it might represent a security breach on my phone somehow.

In the meantime, I've disabled the Firefox Focus app's permission to run data in the background. Not sure if that will solve the issue. I also noticed that it does not seem to have been burning data on Wi-Fi.

For Firefox focus if it's not compatible with my latest software for my Galaxy phone what adjustments do I need to make to the setting so it will run smoothly. Latest Samsung Android version 14 and One ui 6.1

I'm currently using Firefox Focus for its strong privacy features and am interested in taking my privacy protection a step further. While I appreciate the default settings, I’d like to know if there are additional configurations or advanced options to enhance my browsing security even more.

When trying to install FireFox Focus on my PC I get the following message "This Google account is not yet associated with a device. Please access the Play Store app on your device before installing apps. Learn more". I have followede the installation instructions to no avail. Please help.

I have just reactivated a (duplicate) computer which I have only used 2 or3 times in the last year. I have been asked to re-input my Firefox password. Now it wants me to sync Firefox with my (android) phone.

For some reason, Firefox has not been installed on my phone, although other browsers that I have never previously heard of seem to have auto-installed themselves.

I have tried to download the "no fuss" version of Firefox, but it is asking for credit card details. Other browsers allowed me to skip this step, but Firefox will not allow me to proceed, and does not provide a "skip" facillity.

I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to allow my credit card details to be stored on my phone or in a browser. Storing the credit card data would not confer any advantage, because I have multiple credit cards, and I select the card for each transaction according to my location, the currency being billed, and whether the card offers cashback or loyalty points for the type of transaction I am making.

Has anybody else encountered this problem ?

I'm using a MAC and I'm using macOS Sequoia 15.0 (I just updated to this version) and I noticed that some our websites are not loading in your browser anymore. I thought this was a cache issue so I clear the cache and the the websites will only load with the Safari browser. We use Brave and DuckDuckGo for our search engines and we use Yahoo (Bing) when we search on Safari.
