Scrolling through websites specially youtube is not smooth its laggy in android. On the arc browser it's very smooth no lags while scrolling just install the browser and open youtube and scroll you will understand what I mean

Hi all, There is a bug regarding the "Manage Bookmarks" in Firefox (Android - version 133.0.3).

Despite being sorted accordingly on PC and synchronized, the mobile version of Firefox for bookmarks are scrambled (see attached image).

On mobile Firefox, it looked like it was sorted according to the "recently added" bookmarks.

To add on for more details, expected results according to the PC version of "Bookmarks Manager", it should have been displayed this way on Android Firefox:

• Desktop Bookmarks
• Folder
• Link 1
• Link 2
• Link 3
• Link 4
• Link 5
• Webtoon
• Twitter

And so on.

Bonjour, Depuis aujourd'hui j'ai tout mes marques page qui sont inversé dans ma liste, les dossiers sont tout en bas et dans le désordre alors qu'avant ils étaient en tête de liste c'est très embêtant. Hello! I'd like to report a problem where I cannot open Firefox when opening links from apps like Facebook or Reddit. I've already set Firefox as my phone's default browser app. My phone is a Oneplus Ace 3 running on ColorOs 15. This didn't happen when the phone was on ColorOs 14 and I've tested Google Chrome which still works on ColorOs 15 so I suspect it's an application issue.

I download pictures frequently and have noticed an issue with Firefox. It appears that Firefox is accessing my files and replacing random pictures I had previously organized in my Pictures folder. Even though I declined the permission for Firefox to access my pictures, it somehow still reads my files and replacing them it likes to. How can I stop this behavior? It doesn’t happen with other browsers.

There is an easy way to replicate this issue on the Firefox release, beta, and nightly versions:

1. Download a picture.

2. Move the picture to any folder within the Pictures folder.

3. Redownload the same picture again.

4. Click "Open" directly and open in Google Photos.

5. Click the three dots in the top-right corner to confirm the file's location.

You will see that Firefox knows the new file location and opens it from there. This indicates that Firefox is accessing file information directly because the "Open" function wouldn’t work if a third-party app was responsible for managing it.

I'm using Firefox Mobile Beta on Android (org.mozilla.firefox_beta). A recent upgrade (to version 134 beta) has introduced a UI change so that there are now two different “bars”: the address (URL) bar that was already present, and a new bar (which I highlighted in purple in the attached screenshot) that contains the “back” and “forward” buttons (that used to be part of the three dots menu) as well as a “new tab” button and the three dots menu button that used to be on the address bar. Not knowing how to call it, I'll refer to this new bar as the “new toolbar”.

The settings (in “Customize” → “Address bar location”) provide a way to move the address bar either to the top (as in my screenshot) or to the bottom of the screen (I think bottom is the default).

Alas, this setting does not apply to the new toolbar. It remains stuck at the bottom. I have been unable to find a way to move it to the top. Googling for help returns nothing useful as the UI change is recent.

I find this UI to be disastrous to the point of being unusable. No other Android app I use has the (three dots or hamburger) “menu” button at the bottom right: it's always at the top right. So I keep clicking on “reload” which is situated (in the address bar) right where the “menu” button used to be.

QUESTION: Is there a way to either restore the previous interface or, at least, move the new toolbar (or at the very least the menu button) to the top of the screen rather than the bottom?

I would like to draw attention to the fact that it is very important to solve this issue before 134 becomes stable, or users risk abandoning Firefox Mobile over this UI change if there is no way to revert it.

When I scroll through the tabs on Android, I often end up deleting them because my swiping isn't perfectly vertical. It would be nice if the sensitivity was decreased or if I could turn off swipe to delete.

Website location access doesn't work. It prompts to allow, but the allow button does nothing. Location is enabled in Android settings and I've fully reset the app, disabled all extensions but nothing has fixed it. Please see video below of issue.

In the picture is what im talking about. The bar thingy in the picture was always conveniently at the top of my screen but suddenly this evening it is down there. I've tried to search in the settings and online how to change it back but I couldn't find anything. I hope you can help me get the bar thingy back to the top.

Can any tell me how long Firefox keeps browsing history for, I can't find a straightforward answer on the web.

I have opted to create collections in the pocket app, not tags. When I save an article I would like to see the option to save it to a collection. I now won't be able to tell which articles are in a collection. Also, on the saves page, I only see 3 collections listed, where I created more than 3. I don't see a way o select the other collections.

I'd like to know what can be done, if any, about the suggestion forms which don't work in Firefox. Every single browser other than Firefox has this thing working perfectly, which is insane. For example if I open Partsouq and I introduce a few VIN numbers in the search box there, those numbers get remembered and later on when I go back there to check a new car part, ilI can juat start typing the first few letter and a suggestion popup would give me ths rest of the VIN, making my life easier in the process. This doesn't work in Firefox. Is there a particular reason this is broken or maybe considered useless? Or maybe there's a flag that needs to be modified to allow this festure to be activated? I'll post 2 screenshots. One will show how it looks in Chrome, where the suggestions work fine and the other shows Firefox which looks as if I hadn't introduced those numbers on there ever before. What can be done about it?
