I have a machine that is not connected to the internet, but is connected to a network. I need a copy of the software that can install without having to download anything.

You can find the full version of the current Firefox 29.0.1 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:

The full version doesn't need internet access to install unlike the small stub version that download file from internet.
