Since I installed the e-mail which is GMAIL, we keep getting an error telling us it is not supported on the internet. Then I click on the icon and click on the open page. Please let me know how I can remove the GMail from my computer. I have searched everywhere on the Mozilla page and cannot find delete or uninstall.

If the problem is an add-on, most likely you can disable or remove it from the Add-ons page. You can open that using either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then see whether you can find something related to Gmail there. Any luck?

If an extension does not have a Remove button, usually then you would use the Windows Control Panel, "Uninstall a Program" to remove it.
