I had an email almost completed and the curser didn't move the screen up, so I tried to move the screen up by putting mouse on the bright blue line on the right side of the composed email. What happened was where the curser was pushed all the words up and off the composition without the blue line being moved. I cannot find the word anywhere and really have not idea where they are. They didn't go into the draft so I could bring the composing email back up. This never happened before and not sure why the blue line froze or didn't correspond when I tried to move it making 2/3rds of the email composed.

Sorry, that is not a Firefox issue. You should contact your provider.

Have you looked at your desktop to see if the file is there?
