Your options for the very top of the Firefox window are: * Title bar * Title bar + menu bar * Menu bar * blank To turn the title bar and menu bar on/off, you can use the Customize pane: * "3-bar" menu button > Customize The controls are in the lower left corner. ---- Regarding Work Offline, I think this currently is only on the File menu on the classic menu bar. You can call up the menu bar on an as-needed basis by tapping the Alt key or pressing the F10 key. To add it to the "3-bar" application menu or a toolbar I believe you would need an add-on. I'm not actually aware of any extension with that feature, but you could search here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/
