Firefox is up to date - 30.0, and, I think that since the last update I can no longer see the taskbar. If I press F11 (full screen) twice it reappears but then if I switch to, say, a word document and then back, it disappears again. Ditto if I click anywhere on the firefox screen. Taskbar is locked and set to bottom of screen - as they always have been.

It transpires that it was down to my having "slept" or put the laptop into "hibernation" a number of times without having shut it down. After a shutdown and reboot all is ok again
