You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Firefox shuts down? You mean it crashes? Let's be sure..

Can you give me your crash reports?

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.

As for Pogo, you might want to try a few different things.

1. clear your Java cache. (Java cache is different from browser cache. See how to clear Java cache below:

2. If you sign in using "Facebook Connect" try to sign out and restart Firefox. 3. Delete your Pogo.com cookies to see if it'll work.

  • Click the menu (The image "new fx menu" does not exist.) -> Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> Remove individual cookies (only clear Pogo.com)

4. Clear the cache

  • Click the menu (The image "new fx menu" does not exist.) -> Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content -> Clear now

If you still have issues, contact Pogo
