I'm pretty sure that Html 5 doesn't work, didn't work on Mozilla FF 30, upgraded to 31, still doens't work.
So I can't get WebM to work and it doesn't seem to work in IE. My last 5 crash reports https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/5ab8a39f-c1e6-4d02-8c58-5af382140731 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/ad29b3d6-395e-4db6-9425-e3bef2140731 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/91767a78-d289-4c8c-bc59-27f0b2140731 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/ae4bd95a-8259-4d3e-a687-ada752140731 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/a5aafc22-1740-4154-9bff-54a122140731 I went on this site and it said that webm should work but then the tests below clearly show it not working.

Can anybody help?
All three of them that show in the second screenshot including the H.264 version work for me on Linux.
Are there any media prefs user set (bold) on the about:config page?
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

See also Windows Media Feature Pack for Windows 7 N and for Windows 7 KN:
For the about:config, if you mean anything that starts with media.Whatever then, no nothing is bold.
I tried both of those media pack installers and both said that they weren' t applicable for my computer.
Hardware acceleration is off and the problem still occured in safemode, im also getting a crash reporter after everytime i close firefox
