I keep getting a message that states that the vonages' server can not be accessed. all access is blocked except for e mails they send me. If I click any links on the page I get the unable to access server message. I use vonage and can not communicate with them online on either of my computers that use Firefox.

You can check for recently installed suspicious or unknown extensions.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
