My printer will not work - and I've tried everything I could find in Help related to the matter
Firefox V32.0 with Windows 7 Pro (V6.1 build 7601, SP1) . The printers work with other browsers. The message is "an error occurred while printing". The message is the same regardless of which printer I select in Firefox. I have followed all instructions in the Help article for Fix Printer Problems in Firefox and I have removed and re-installed Firefox.

I understand that you are having issues printing in Firefox even after resetting the Firefox printer issues. Can you please elaborate a bit on what you have tried and the steps you are taking to print? For example what menu you are using.
I have done everything in the following link https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox And I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox.
Both printers I have in my network operate without issue in Word, Excel and Internet Explorer. Both my printers operate without issue on my other computers.
I access the print menu from the File menu and/or from the dialogue box in the upper right corner of Firefox. Both methods generate a print preview screen. And when I click on the Print button in the top left corner of the preview, I get a “Printing” progress box which shows a full green bar, but before the printer is activated, I get a “Printer Error” box with the message “An error occurred while printing”.
