I have Windows XP SP3. Since installing the latest version of Firefox (32.0.3) I have been unable to use it to access the internet. Nothing happens when I click on the icon. If my system is no longer compatible with this new update, is there anyway I can get Firefox 28 which worked perfectly with my system?

Been the same since Firefox 13.0 with WinXP SP2 (SP3 included) being the minimum Windows.

If you not able to connect with Firefox after an new major version update or install, it may be due to your software Firewall blocking the new Firefox .exe yet may still be allowing the previous version used.

No good. The links don't help because Firefox won't even start up for me. I added it to my firewall exceptions, I even turned my firewall completely off at one point, but the program still refuses to start up. I get NO error messages when this happens, just nothing happens when I try to start Firefox.
