I don't know how else to get help with my profile. There isn't a "help" like link on the page. The "Contact Us" link leads to corporate type addresses.

I last accessed my account on support.mozilla.org late March this year. Now when I try to log in using email address (username) and password. I get the error:

"Username may contain only English letters, numbers and ./-/_ characters."

After getting this I thought I may have the wrong username due to not recording it correctly. I used the "I forgot my username." link and found I was using the correct username (my email address).

I then thought, maybe I was using the wrong password. So I used the "My password isn't working." link and had a reset e-mailed to me. Reset my password. No joy same error persists.

My profile is: Tanker

I have tried different combinations of my e-mail address and past passwords but those just give me the "does not match" error.

Is anyone having the same problem? Does anyone know who to contact regarding the accounts. Dont really want to create a new account.

Hi Stan, I am not sure when this changed, I keep mine saved in the browser because I do not like to login to every site I visit. But on new test devices lately the login for the sumo site has required that I use the user name, not the email. (For you this would be just Tanker or the username that appears inthe profile)
