When I prepare to send a new e-mail the first line of address has my own e-mail address there and designated Reply-to. If not careful I send an e-mail to myself. I just want this cleared.

Tools > Account Settings for the mail account or menu icon > Options > Account Settings for the mail account

It will show you; Your Name: your name will be here Email Address: your full email address will be here Reply-to Address: If this has your email address then you can remove it and leave it empty. Then this field will not be set when you create a new Write message. Click on OK to save changes.
