My TB version 31.1.0 and 31.1.2 drop down menu commands and 'right button' commands running very slow.. All other programs menu bars run file. Tried turning off McAfee, no diff. TB collects e-mails, writes e-mails at normal speed with no problem. Control S, V, P, etc, work but slow.... what to do?

Gekose oplossing

I am replying to my own service issue for the other person having this same problem.

Restart TB in Safe Mode. This is under the Help menu. Disable all Add Ons.

I had no Add Ons enabled but this seems to fix the issue, Please note you may have to repeat this process 2-3 times to get TB back up to speed.
