I would like to send a card to Facebook timelines from the Jacquie Lawson website. When I click on connect to Facebook to send the card none of my friends appear in the box. Jacquie Lawson is an approved app on Facebook so I'm not sure what the issue it. I am NOT tech savvy and hope you will be patient with me.

I have contacted Jacquie Lawson and they have not been any real help at all. They did suggest that it might be a browser setting.....

Try looking through this article to see if it can provide you with any help:

Try clearing your cookies and cache.

  • History (or New Fx Menu > History) > Clear Recent History

Or: "Clear the Cache":

  • Tools (or New Fx Menu > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools (or New Fx Menu > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Have you also tried contacting Facebook to see if there are certain profile privacy settings you need to modify in order to use the app?
