IS THERE AN EMAIL ADDRESS 'PRE-VERIFY' (BEFORE SENDING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES) ADD-ON FOR TB?

IS THERE AN ADDRESS VERIFIER ADD-ON FOR TB (OR EVEN AN 'EXTERNAL' ONE?) WHICH WILL 'PRE-VERIFY' EMAIL ADDRESSES ON A LIST OR IN AN ADDRESS BOOK (NOT USED FOR SOMETIME!) TO SEE IF AN ADDRESS IS STILL VALID, AND EITHER REMOVE IT FROM THE LIST, OR MARK IT AS INVALID - TO PREVENT FROM EMAILING TO IT, AND TO AVOID THESE: "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"?

There is no way to know if an email address is still 'live' and being used before sending and getting a response. The email address may still be a valid email address in its construct, but if the recipient has changed email address or if they have allowed the mail account to reach the quota allowed so unable to accept delivery then it is impossible to know. Maybe, the server is rejecting because the email was not authenticated or the recipient server rejects it as spam or maybe the IP is blacklisted. There are various reasons.

The mailor daemon messages you get back from the server will offer some reason. More info:
