Hello!

I'm working on a site for a friend who wishes to display this information on one of his pages. However, for some reason, the following iframe that the GIA site provides doesn't seem to want to display on the Firefox browser. Oddly enough, it works perfectly fine via IE and Chrome. Can somebody help me fine-tune this so that it will display on all (or at least most) web browsing devices?

<iframe width="465px" height="293px" src="http://retailer.gia.edu/downloads/4Cs-flash-sliders/4Cs_Scales_Sliders/eng/color-grade-tool-nonGIA.swf" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> </iframe>

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No problem here with playing this SWF file in a tab with your code.

data:text/html;charset=utf-8;base64,PGlmcmFtZSB3aWR0aD0iNDY1cHgiIGhlaWdodD0iMjkzcHgiIHNyYz0iaHR0cDovL3JldGFpbGVyLmdpYS5lZHUvZG93bmxvYWRzLzRDcy1mbGFzaC1zbGlkZXJzLzRDc19TY2FsZXNfU2xpZGVycy9lbmcvY29sb3ItZ3JhZGUtdG9vbC1ub25HSUEuc3dmIiBmcmFtZWJvcmRlcj0iMCIgYWxsb3dmdWxsc2NyZWVuPiA8L2lmcmFtZT4g

Did you check the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) for errors and check if Firefox is sending the request?

Is the Flash plugin enabled?

You can inspect and manage permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab via these steps:

  • Click the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location/address bar
  • Click "More Information" to open "Tools > Page Info" with the Security tab selected
  • Go to the Permissions tab (Tools > Page Info > Permissions) to check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab

I've tried these solutions and nothing seems to be working for me. It appears to be enabled and working. Other sites work just fine too; just not this one.

I think that the SWF is moved somehow out of view and not visible in the view port. I also see an horizontal scroll bar. I don't know what is wrong, so best is to ask advice elsewhere.
