I have already posted the question "sessionstore.js cannot be found in 33.1.1" but the technical assistance offered is wrong (it was stated that the file is still on the system and it clearly is not). I am opening this second community question in hope of attracting someone that knows the answer....

For over a month a number of us have requested guidance on where the file sessionstore.js has gone. For my work, it is vital that I be able to archive and, on some FF crashes, restore that file. I am highly dependent on Group Tabs and all too often when FF crashes sessionstore.js is corrupted rendering my Group Tags worthless.

I opened the following dialog in the support form "sessionstore.js cannot be found in 33.1.1" but the only feedback from an"expert" there is the statement that that file still exists. I can ASSURE you that sessionstore.js does not exist on my boot drive.

If sessionstore.js is no longer the file to preserve & restore my Group Tabs, please identify the new file or new process that can be used to restore Group Tabs if they get corrupted..

Thanks, Gerry
