I am trying to sign into quick books and it says I have to update my browser. I have tried several times to update firefox and it does nothing

Quick Books says I need to update my browser. Firefox is my choice but when I click to download it does nothing. Something downloaded but it did not fix my problem with quick books.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple outdated Flash plugins (current is 16.0.0.235).

  • Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 13.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.

  • (32 bit Windows) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
  • (64 bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\

You can uninstall the current Flash player version and (re)install the latest Flash version.
