1. I am unable to update my phone even after resetting it. It says that there was an error. 2. I do not know even the current update status. The phone is brand new. 3. When I try to install Whats App on my phone using Connect A2, I get an error message saying that I should use a wi-fi because the system doesn't work with another connection. However, I am already using Wi fi connection. 4. Have looked through a lot of solutions to similar questions and tried them. None of them have helped. 5. It appears that a lot persons have this problem.. hence a solution must be found.
