I've spent the holidays cleaning up the PCs (firefox 34.0.5, win7pro). Reformat drives, clean O/S installs blah blah blah. They are in out of the box condition now with minimal software. When I finished the Windows updates. I decided to try Sync before the bookmarks got out of hand again.

I created my sync account as per instructions and then logged in on each machine. No syncing? I followed the trouble shooting instructions. No change. What next??

Thanks in advance

PS: if you tell me to look at log files etc. please indicate where to find them. I'm by no means a newbie but I'm pressed for time today.

You can access the log files via the about:sync-log page.

You can open about: pages via the location/address bar.
