hello Kind regards Firebee u already tried to uninstall firefox using a progam called revo that besides uninstall it clears remainder left over registry keys if the problem still persitir u can using and enjoying another progam called adware cleaner in some cases this happens because of malware and adware that modifies the system registry values and the progam it istalado. If problems please ctt again with this forum tamos always available to answer your questions.

do the following try to create a new User account on windos 8.1 is the problem. persitir still try to emulate the browser and a virtual marquina and even still in the virtual machine display the same symptoms the problem itself ta liguagem in the code of the progam that really are talking to the browser company even after the aforesaid procedure continues try istalar it in another printe machine and pass it to this forum so it can be analyzed.

thx for the help kai12 sory for late response , i figured it out . I had a corrupted file like u said but the malware/ adware program didn't find it or over looked it so i took a look in my userfolder and checkt all the files myselfs time killing as it was i eventualy found it . it was under this adres C:\Users\yourusernaam\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\gugaysnn.default ===> the corrupted file was the one that's named xulstore.json so after i deleted that everything worked like nothing happend
