How do I open the download window in a tab...which has been previously part of the application? *** not an add-on!!!

Hello Stosic, i think the only easy way is to create a bookmark to open the about:downloads page in a tab.

(If you type in the address bar about:downloads the downloads open in a new current tab).

The about:downloads page is only used by default if you are downloading in a Private Browsing mode window (tab), otherwise you would have to open this page manually. If you use it often then you can consider to pin the tab with the about:downloads page to have it in a convenient position that the begin of the tab bar.
