when I view a video on Firefox, it stops to buffer. The problem started when Firefox updated itself about a week or so ago. Before the update the videos on Firefox ran good with no buffering issues. Now it take up to 5 minutes to view something. Even the commercials will stop to buffer. How can I get this fixed?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
