Hi MisieQ, I understand that there is no sync data. It is unclear the steps that you took to sync the two devices however please note that all of the data is stored on the local profile for each device.

This happens when:

  • you have not yet verified the email account of the new sync account.
  • changing the password and logging in after a reinstall the data is not recoverable

I am sorry however without a back up there are no work arounds that I can suggest to recover this data.

These can't get your data back, but will help in the future.

These add-ons can be a great help by backing up and restoring Firefox

FEBE (Firefox Environment Backup Extension) {web link} FEBE allows you to quickly and easily backup your Firefox extensions, history, passwords, and more. In fact, it goes beyond just backing up -- It will actually rebuild your saved files individually into installable .xpi files. It will also make backup of files that you choose.
