When I type "yahoo.com", or anything, in the Search Bar, I click "Enter", but no search begins. Nothing happens. This also happens when I type anything in the URL bar. How can I get these bars to work?

Possibly not the cause of your immediate problems but you have four troublesome plug-ins that I wouldn't let near my computer - Fun Web Products Plugin, MindSpark Toolbar, My Web Search Plugin and TotalRecipeSearch. Google for information and removal advice.

You also have two versions of Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape.

Your user agent sows that you run Firefox in compatibility mode for Windows 98 (NT 4.10).

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in compatibility mode. You can open the Properties of the Firefox desktop shortcut via the right-click context menu and check the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
