Shockwave Flash? Or Shockwave for Director?

If the latter, you have two Plugins installed for Director. Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 12.1.7.157 Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 12.0.3.133

Get rid of the older version and see if that solves your issue.
