need HELP lol tryed to sign into my acct and no go. so i decided to change the PW as i'd probable forgotten it... followed steps, got message sent confirmation box... waited... waited some more WTF... this is basic sh*T... why do i need a degree??? appreciate and thought and fixes anyones got 10 yr user love FF but finally need help... someone needs to review this link / page and see what needs polishing .... love the work donate reg, hope FF never goes away... small bug but kind of important for my peace of mind

Are you referring to the account in the Firefox support forum? There is another option on the sign in page that asks if you have not received the email.

What account are we troubleshooting?
