I deleted my account and lost all my emails, contacts, and saved folders in doing so. I need to get them back and then start a new account.
I had a problem with my passwords and so removed my old account prior to starting a new one. I didn't know I'd lose all my contacts, folders , and emails. I need to get them back and then set up the proper settings and passwords on the new account. So the question is " How do I get the old account information back?

Thank you for your help. I found my address book was still there and that was the most important thing. So I just created a new account and made new folders for separating everything. So I lost a few old things that I had been saving but maybe it was for the best. I decided to print out my address book so I wouldn't have to worry about in the future. Better safe than sorry.
