Zyngagames.com said to use Firefox if Chrome is slow, but can't login; ques. process shows it's last thing FF wants to do.
I received a message on Zyngagames.com saying it was aware of slowness using Chrome. They suggested using Firefox until they can figure out what to do. However, when I attempt to login to Zyngagames.com, first I get the box saying to login with Facebook or create an account. I login using Facebook, get a box saying it's gathering my information, then I get the box that says "You're already here" and a login box. I login and am promptly kicked back to the Facebook login.
Finally, the process for asking this question was absolutely brutal. I hope Firefox will actually attempt to answer the question in a timely manner. However, it has been my experience that when a process is designed to get people to give up . . .

First, about the process to submit a question, most questions are answered by the suggested articles, but if not, then you need to scroll down past them. Sorry it isn't clearer that you need to do that.
Logon problems are often related to cookies and cookie settings. Is this a new installation of Firefox with default settings, for example, you haven't disabled cookies or installed any privacy-related add-ons? You can double-check your cookie settings using the steps in this article: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them.
I should note that I don't have any personal experience with this Zynga site, but perhaps another forum volunteer is aware of any peculiarities.

Thank you. Of course, it's a very basic solution and one that I am perpetually forgetting.
