How to delete email , and not have to delete them a second time from the delete folder

You can hold the shift key when pressing Delete to bypass the Trash folder. You still need to Compact the folders from time to time to actually remove the files. Deleting a message marks it for deletion and hides the message. Compacting permanently removes the message and frees up the disk space.
