Can not collapse dropdown menu if cursor location is changed

Steps to reproduce the bug: 1. Open dropdown menu 2. Move mouse cursor to other location on active option field(if cursor isn't moved everything working properly) 3. Click(expecting to close dropdown menus) 4. It seems to close but open again
