To enable TLS 1.2 protocol for each user in Firefox 24.6.0

I can enable the TLS 1.2 version by going into about:config console and then to security.tls.version.max .

But does this ensure that every user who connects to firefox as a remote application (XenApp based) , TLS 1.2 will be enabled for them as well ?

OR there is another set of registry entry to be modified.

Please update to the most recent ESR, 38, which has all the most modern security settings enabled. 24 has been dropped from support for some time
