CTRL + SHIFT + P is the keyboard shortcut for opening a new private window.

See what happens in the Firefox SafeMode.

Nope, still open a bookmarks pages.

That problem persist only in Mozilla in Bulgarian language. If i installed US version - shortcut working, but when is installed with BG (maybe and other langs) - not working.

This issue will be fixed in the next release.
