Most people consider MySearch as unwanted or even Malware. I think you are asking how to remove MySearch.

Follow the instructions in Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware and Remove a toolbar that has taken over your Firefox search or home page. Remove any obvious unwanted toolbars or Windows programs using Firefox's Addons Manager and Windows control panel. Then scan for malware using multiple and up to date tools. Finally reset settings with the addon searchreset SearchReset

Please post back to say how you got on and if you need more help.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

I did notice specific instructions for this issue

However if you have one instance of adware or malware you may have multiples, that is why I suggest using all the free tools listed.
