I have now managed to register . my original problem was I kept getting the error message profile not found or not accessible. I managed to access Mozilla support and got a solution by using a second computer, and getting a code to type into the start up bar of the laptop with the problem. The solution was simple a two minute job, but I could not access Mozilla support without having a second computer connected to Mozilla as every time I tried to access Mozilla support I got the error message,
