How do I get my address contacts to show beside the body of the email that I am writing, so I can easily select the addresses to which to send my email?

The address list was showing (on the left of the section for writing my email message), but isn't now. Currently I have to access my address book and copy the names and addresses that I need, and then go back to my email I'm writing and "paste" in the names in the "To" area.

The "To" names then show in Red color instead of the normal Black. How Come?

In a Write window. View > Select 'Contacts SideBar' or toggle the view using f9 key
