The issue I'm encountering is with a web application of mine that opens an external link. When I open that link every single click I make will open a new tab to that page in Firefox. This occasionally occurs and I haven't been able to come up with a concrete set of reproduction steps. The actually link that's opened is the following: https://desk.kognito.com/flex/. I have not come across this issue when in Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Safari. Therefore, I feel it may be a Firefox bug.

I checked the web page. Did not have any problem.

What is in the other tabs/windows? Ads?

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
