Currently I am setting up a kiosk to run FireFox as the web browser. I will want to prevent the user access to the local drives (all the drives and partitions). From the reseach, I have seen is from ( http://nitishkumar.net/2010/06/23/restricting-browsing-with-mozilla-firefox-for-business-scenario/ ). The owner of the website did not clearly state how to retrive the stated file for editing. Was wondering if there any other method to prevent user from browsing the local drives in FireFox.

For Windows I-explorer, I understand we can use the "regedit" or "gpedit.msc" function for Windows 7. Can FireFox do the same?
