I have installed Thunderbird on a new computer that has Windows 10 and transferred all out emails to the new computer. I can send emails but not receive them.
This is not a problem with our provider, it is an issue with Thunderbird. All our emails etc transferred fine, the only issue is not being able to download emails. We can see the emails sitting on webmail. IS this an issue to do with the interface between Windows 10 and Thunderbird? Thanks for your help.
