Wow, I feel stupid. I can't find my way to the main form where all the posts are so I can see if I can help or read the replies in other posts in case they answer my questions. Help

From any usual Google search one eventually gets here: "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-community-support". The link you gave me, "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/firefox?owner=all&show=all", does not show up in the Google search, ( at least not on the first page ). The average user would not find it with ease. I could not find a link button on the page that loaded after I posted my question which lead to this question. I was looking for the link because I wanted to make sure it showed up in the Queue. I have found it accidentally on other occasions and have tried to help others when I could. It just seems to me that more people would get involved if there was a clear passage to the page and perhaps reading answers from other questions might lead to the solution they seek. That would save time and in case that their question didn't get a direct answer it might lead to a better question. That method has solved my problems in the past.
