starting this week, I can no longer pin firefox to my task bar as that icon will not open a working browser. I have downloaded firefox at least twice in the past week to get a working icon on my desktop and even the new icon may not open a working browers. By working I mean it will not connect to my home page it just keeps saying it is connecting and never dose

any suggestions?

What are you using as your startup / homepage?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

A very quick thing you could try. Disable your Best Buy pc app Detector Plug-in and see if that helps.

hi snilles, can you please try if the 44.0.2 update which has just been released can address that issue? you can download and install it from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
