According to McAfee, they plan to release a fix for True Key in Firefox 45 by March 15th (today), and toward the end of the thread, at least one user there got it working by March 12th: https://community.mcafee.com/thread/88669

Could you check whether True Key is enabled in your Firefox? Open the Add-ons page using either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then on the right side look for True Key. If it's disabled, it will be toward the bottom on a grayed background. Can you enable it?

If it's missing: Can you check in your McAfee software on whether there is a setting to enable it for Firefox or push it into Firefox?

If it's listed but cannot be enabled: Try updating your McAfee software to see whether that helps.

If it's listed as being enabled but isn't working: In that case, I would try McAfee support to see whether they know what the problem is.

Please let us know how you do.
