How to hide and/or re-arrange order of Address Book columns?
Presently when I open my Address Book, the 1st 5 columns of data are: (1) NAME, (2) EMAIL, (3) CHAT NAME, (4) ORGANIZATION, & (5) WORK PHONE... (I don't need to list any more to illustrate my question.
Of those 5 sets of data, I only use #s 1, 2, & 4. I also use other sets of data further down the line, but I must now scroll over to see those because COLUMNS #3 & 5 are sitting empty, taking up a lot of space.
If this was an EXCEL program, I could HIDE those 2 columns - Is there a way to do that in Thunderbird?
Also, as I could do in EXCEL, I could rearrange the order of the columns I use such that ones I use most often reside on the left side of the 'screen'. Is that possible?
Thanks!

At the top of the columns there is a header bar with the column labels in it (the labels you have quoted in your post). At the far right hand end of the bar is a small symbol with a downward pointing arrow. Click on that and you get a drop-down menu which allows you to select the columns you see. You can also re-order them if you want.

Glad to be embarrassed at so easy a solution. Guess I do need to get my glasses adjusted; I hadn't really noticed that smudge on the right side of the columns before... Thanks!
Is there a way to edit or change the column headers in the Address Book? I'd like to get rid of some and edit some to better fit my data from Excel.
