OS: Windows 10 Firefox ver. 45.0.1

For some reason, my Windows 10 computer periodically loses the Sync connection (every couple of hours) and I have to re-enter the password. This never happens on my Windows XP machine (also running FF ver. 45.0.1). Does anybody have a solution for this?

Thanks for *all* your helpful responses.

Problem solved via total uninstall, reinstall process. If this happens to you, make sure you Sync all of your computers. Then, after the reinstall, run Sync and most things will be back to normal (had to do some adjusting with toolbars and extension icon locations and settings).
