On the Autodesk website, I am logged into my account, but when I follow the link to open a support case, FF opens a new tab and I am faced with a new Autodesk login page, which does not let me login.

Autodesk said use IE, which I did and it works - the new page just opens - no new login. ..so the problem is only on FF.

Furthermore I also have a laptop with same OS, same software and on same network and on this machine all is fine - even using FF.

Is there a way I can find what is different between the machines? Both say Firefox 45.0.2 All extensions disabled on both. All plugins not active on both (although the problem machine lists more).

Both machines running Windows 7 Pro SP1, same version of AVG Internet Security with same settings.

Any ideas?

I have managed to solve the issue, although not entirely sure how!

I cleared all my browser info - cookies, logins etc This did not work initially - I still had the same issue.

...but today it is working fine!
