Since today's Mozilla update, I've been unable to access any websites using Mozilla. I get a New Tab" blank page or now after trying several troubleshooting solutions from the Mozilla website I only get the Mozilla Firefox start page with no change whenever I try any favorite, previous website, or even when typing in a new website??? Frustrating

Since today's Mozilla update, I've been unable to access any websites using Mozilla. Note that it is possible that your firewall or other security software blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

hello, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...

I uninstalled & reinstalled Mozilla Firefox(3 times) & the browser seems to finally be working correctly now. Thanks
