I have opened a site, then followed a link, http://www.amathsdictionaryforkids.com/mathsCharts.html, but it won't open. There is a message on the screen saying 'A plugin is needed to display this content', but it's not telling me what plugin, or where to get it.

That page needs the Adobe Flash plugin.

You can download the latest Flash Plugin version from here: Select the Firefox and Netscape Plug-In - compatible applications – NPAPI - get the EXE installer version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
