When I attempt to read some news sites, a video automatically starts playing. I don't want to see videos. They take up WAY too much of my limited data. It takes several "clicks" to get the video to stop, so that I can read the text of the article. Is there a way to disable the auto-play via the browser?

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it
